NookieNotes,
After I read your post, I felt sick. I couldn't believe I had been so bold as to tell something so personal and let you post it. If I had told the wrong person, they could have taken it all wrong and it would have messed with my head for a while. But you, Nookie, had a good sense of what I was saying and you really helped me out and pointed me in the right direction. I can't wait to check out the resources you've mentioned above, especially fetlife.com.
You guessed correctly. I wasn't familiar with the difference in slave and submissive before your post. I would prefer a submissive, in the bedroom who would play the role of a "slave" at times. It would be interesting to hear the debate between which people think is better, Master/Slave or Dominant/Submissive. I am fascinated by the ebook you recommended "How To Fuck A Woman's Brain's Out". My interest in the darker side of sex began with the book Passionate Marriage, by Dr. David Schnarch. I couldn't get enough of his chapter on "Fucking, Doing, and Being Done". Then, I discovered David Shade. Mr. Shade writes volumes about what Dr. Schnarch only took one chapter to write about. Then, I discovered How To Fuck A Woman's Brain's Out". I found myself fascinated by that couple. I knew nothing about the BDSM culture, and it was good to see a couple live that lifestyle who were also very loving to one another. My image of it was very different than the reality I read about in ThornDaddy's ebook. I'm looking forward to reading "Diary of and S&M Romance" and your posts. I'll also check out askdollie.com.
Concerning what I wrote about David Parker Ray, yes, he was a sick man and I have no desire to be like him as a human being. I have no desire to hurt women. But in reading My Secret Garden, I found that women fantasized about being raped, hurt, tortured, ripped, etc... while they were with their sex partner. Those women have no desire to actually be hurt but the fantasy really turns them on. As a man, I think it's my job to help my woman become comfortable sharing her fantasies with me. I want to be able to do everything I can to engage her mind and imagination. Reading My Secret Garden, let me give myself permission to wonder what it would be like to plan out how to make my woman my sex "slave". If I can get comfortable with my own imagination, in that way, I'll be much more able to accept anything my lover might want to share with me. To be able to accept and engage her raw sexual imagination is something that is very important to me. Sending this letter rattled me, but I think it's way worth it. I have come another step closer to being the kind of man I want to be for my future lover. For me, this is all about learning to be a better lover, a better human being, and a better man.
NookieNotes, you really helped me out here, by understanding what I was getting at and pointing me in the right direction. I can't thank you enough!
Genuinely,
Zoon Kakos
